Devons-nous conclure qu'il appartient aux municipalités de gérer raisonnablement et avec équité leur porte-feuilles concernant les permis reliés aux chalets et roulottes et qui plus est, la loi gouvernementale sur la fiscalité municipale, article 231, est claire en ce sens et Rivière-à-Pierre ne fait pas exception à la règle!

La pétition "roulottes" a été déposée le 31 mars 2011 au conseil municipal de Rivière-à-Pierre lors d'une réunion d'information concernant les roulottes.

Cette réunion réunissait en avant-plan madame la mairesse et ses conseillers municipaux, un avocat et des représentants de la MRC. Ils étaient venus non pas pour apporter des solutions, mais pour enfin taper le clou encore plus loin. On nous réexpliquait encore une fois dans les détails les règlements en vigueur avec diaporama à l'appui tout en prenant bien soin d'expliquer les démarches à suivre au retrait des roulottes sans oublier bien sûr les sanctions qui seront appliquées.

Craignant un éventuel débordement, la Suretée du Québec était sur les lieux, mais les propriétaires concernés ont fait preuve de civisme et de bonne foi en apportant de bons arguments qui n'ont pas semblé ébranler outre mesure les gens d'en face. Il ne reste que deux mois avant la date butoir du 1er juin et sommes toujours en mode "solutions".

Objet: Pétition contre le retrait des roulottes à Rivière-à-Pierre




Madame la mairesse, chers conseillers,

La tâche me revient de vous présenter une pétition regroupant 193 signataires venant de Rivière-à-Pierre, des régions environnantes, mais aussi de régions bien au delà de la MRC de Portneuf.

Cette pétition s'est déroulée dans le respect et l'ordre établi. Les signataires nous ont fait valoir leur appui à notre cause et c'est dans les commentaires recueillis qu'on réalise d'emblée qu'il est important de garder nos familles réunies.

Que ce soit du ressort de la municipalité ou que ce soit redevable à la MRC. Pour un petite municipalité telle que Rivière-à-Pierre, c'est une partie du coeur qu'on tente d'arracher aux familles des saisonniers qui sont là, enracinés depuis un bon nombre d'années et ce, peu importe l’interprétation qu’on en fait.

Merci aux signataires de la pétition, à ceux qui ont cru a notre démarche et souhaitons de tout coeur que nos doléances soit entendues.

La date butoir arrive à grands pas... que faites-vous de votre vieille roulotte qui se retrouve sur votre terrain depuis des lunes(scrap, l'habiter quand même, l'enlever???)de votre roulotte plus récente???
