That's not pittbulls who ( yes who as they are as if not more important than people) need to be banned, the useless irresponsible owners who are incapable of providing a proper training for those dogs (or any dogs for that matter), those ones they need to be banned not those poor innocent dogs! The owners are responsible for all those attacks not the dogs.
As reminder there is no evil in the animal world, it is definitely a human thing.
