Stop the killing of lost or abandoned pets... Often this happens even before their families have time to track them. Methods used are barbaric ! Surely as a city and as a society we must find a conscience and do better for the innocent animals... And in the meantime educate the public that finds them NOT to take them to Berger Blanc !!!
