La Parité Maintenant : élection Conseil Régional de l'Ordre des Architectes IDF

Catherine Guyot, directrice de l’ARVHA, présente la liste « La Parité Maintenant » aux élections du Conseil Régional de l’Ordre des Architectes d’Ile-de-France. Cette initiative tend à mettre sur le devant de la scène, les inégalités, et les actions concrètes à mettre en place pour les combattre.   La place des femmes en architecture représente 58% en Ecoles d’architecture, 25% inscrites à l’Ordre et 10% à la tête d’agence d’architecture. Ce projet s’inscrit à l’encontre des écarts de rémunération, le revenu médian des architectes hommes s’élevant à 45 000€ et celui des architectes femmes à 28 000€. 50% des architectes femmes ont un revenu inférieur à 20000€.* Source CNOA  2016 ​

Objectifs :​  

-       Inscrire la parité comme l’un des fondamentaux pour exercer la profession dans un équilibre avec une approche du monde partagée.

-       Agir dès la formation initiale des architectes et tout au long de la vie professionnelle dans  les agences d’architecture, avec les clients, les commanditaires, contre la discrimination du genre dans l’exercice de la profession.

-       Combattre les inégalités salariales et de traitements dans le milieu de l’architecture, entre les femmes et les hommes.

-       Promouvoir l’égalité et la parité au niveau institutionnel, sociétal, et améliorer les conditions de travail sur les chantiers et au quotidien.​

Catherine Guyot, Director of ARVHA (Association for research on City and Housing), presents the list "The Parity Now" to the election of the Regional Council of Order of the Architect in Paris Ile-de-France. This initiative is about to underline the inequalities and to lead concrete actions to fight against. Women in architecture represent 58% in the Architecture Schools, 25% are registered to the Order of Architect and 10% are the lead of architecture agency. This project is against the gap of wages, the median wage for men architects is around 45 000€ and for women it is 28 000€.  50% of women architects have a wage under 20 000€. Goals: 

- Enter the parity as a fundamentals to practice the profession in the balance and a shared approach of the world.

- Take action from the initial formation and all along the professional life in architecture agency, with clients, sleeping partners, against the discrimination of gender.

- Fighting the wages inequalities and treatment in the field of architecture between women and men.

- Promote the equality and the parity regarding institutionnal, society, and improve the working conditions on the building site and everyday life.
