It did not work in Ontario 10 years ago. Why is Quebec so behind in their mentality of analysing issues? Why do our mayors and prime ministers travel for? They tell us is to get ideas but their brains don"t work the same way as the every day working class person. Maybe we should be running for elections to make sense of everyday issues. It would be solved quicker.
