Ceremony BSc3 SciMed 2025-2026

Hello, you may not be aware, but the Dean’s Office of the Faculty of Sciences and Medicine has decided to cancel the diploma ceremony for bachelor’s graduates of the 2025–2026 academic year due to budget cuts, specifically by replacing it with a single ceremony and removing the possibility for parents to attend their child’s graduation.

After three years of study, the diploma ceremony truly represents an achievement for the majority of students, and depriving them of this event is truly unacceptable.

That is why student representatives elected by their Fachschaft oppose this decision through this petition. If you agree with our position, please sign this petition so we can engage in discussion with the Dean’s Office regarding this arbitrary decision.
